Staff treated us like family, the shuttle to the airport was smooth and the breakfast buffet was excellent, rivaling anything I'd seen in my past travels.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but everything's worth it for the quality.

The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and bountiful with every taste catered for. The location for Freetown was peaceful and perfect, very close to Freetown for an embassy appointment, restaurant and the centre of Freetown.

I loved the clean rooms but felt really watched during breakfast.

The ribs at the hotel restaurant were mouthwatering, a culinary gem! Plus, the breakfast selection was on point with eggs cooked to order-definitely a winner. The pool area not only offered clean fun but also great vibes with music in the evenings.

The mix of hot and cold water from the taps in the bathroom really hit the spot.

The pricing feels off. They seemed to charge more in their currency than advertised, with the USD machine conveniently 'not working'. Breakfast felt more like a surveillance operation than a meal. Being asked for my room number repeatedly while I served myself was invasive was great.

The suite was perfect for my family, accommodating us comfortably with lots of space! The large fridge was a game changer for keeping our drinks cold.

Great outdoor swimming pool and friendly 24-hour reception, but internet connectivity needs improvement.

The New Brookfields Hotel offered a warm and welcoming environment with very attentive staff. I particularly appreciated the clean and spacious rooms. I faced issues with service at the bar that detracted slightly from the experience.

The hotel is centrally located. The pool area is a wonderful oasis with a relaxing vibe and evening music. Breakfast options were quite excellent, with engaging staff who catered to requests at the restaurant.

During the first few days, the shower water wasn't consistently warm, inconvenient for getting ready in the mornings. At breakfast, staff attention felt a little intrusive at times. The warm environment and staff made an otherwise challenging start more good.

The staff interactions left much to be desired, particularly at breakfast. Guests should enjoy the fine pool area while being mindful of the poolside staff's approach. A solid choice for visitors!
